With over 25 years of construction experience in the building industry, Mr. Frost brings with him extensive field experience and knowledge of building envelope components. Over the last 16 years, Jason has successfully estimated over 170 million dollars of multi-family construction and completed repairs for over 20,000 occupied construction defect units. Additionally, Jason has provided expert services for over $950 million dollars in cost estimating for litigation support in the multi-family residential and high-rise construction. Jason, also extensively managed investigations and water intrusion and building component failures due to lack of maintenance, design flaws and poor execution in projects ranging from single family homes, multi-family residential, multi-million dollar commercial and high-rise reconstruction projects.
